Produce precision plastic parts through injection moulding for demanding functional, protective, sealing, and motion-control applications. Processes support reliable repeatability across automotive, industrial, electrical, and other engineered product programs.
Engineer tight-tolerance components in polymers including PEEK, PC, PA66-GF, and TPU. Capabilities include multi-cavity, insert, and two-shot moulding for parts requiring thermal, chemical, impact, or dimensional performance.
Use material research, DFM, flow analysis, prototyping, and validation to improve manufacturability. This collaborative approach can reduce material use, cycle time, secondary operations, and development risk before production tooling is finalized.
Join molded plastic components using appropriate welding techniques for engineered assemblies. Controlled joining supports durable integration where fit, strength, leak resistance, or consistent part alignment is required.
Deliver integrated sub-assemblies using precision tooling, calibrated fixtures, real-time quality checks, and guided automation. Assembly cells support multi-part integration, tight-tolerance fits, and high-throughput manufacturing requirements.
Custom molding is most effective when material, geometry, tooling, and production requirements are considered together. Jairaj Group helps manufacturers develop precision polymer components with design-for-manufacturability input, advanced material options, and in-house tool-room capability. Whether a program requires insert moulding, two-shot construction, optical clarity, chemical resistance, or durable assemblies, our teams focus on repeatable performance, efficient production, and easier integration into the finished product.

An injection mold typically includes a mold base, core and cavity inserts that form the part, sprue and runner channels that direct molten plastic, gates that control entry into the cavity, ejector pins or plates for part removal, cooling channels, and guide pins for alignment. Depending on part geometry, molds may also use slides, lifters, hot runners, or insert-loading features.
